Nikki's Nutrition blossomed from my personal struggles with food during my college years. I remember feeling lost in a sea of diets and conflicting advice. That experience ignited a passion within me—one that blossomed into a desire to help others navigate the maze of nutrition. My journey led me to study the science behind food choices and the profound impact they have on our bodies and minds. I opened up Nikki's Nutrition in Medicine Hat, AB, with a singular mission: to create a safe, inviting space where individuals can discover the joy of nourishing their bodies without guilt or shame.
