Traditional yoga, breath, and community on Dundas Street
London, ON
About
Downtown Yoga Holistic Centre is a traditional yoga studio at 246 Dundas St in the heart of London, Ontario. Practice happens in three warm studios with exposed brick and in-floor heat - a calm downtown space for asana, meditation, and pranayama.
The teaching leans traditional and accessible at once: Hatha, wall yoga, Legs Up the Wall, breathing classes, Friday Happy Hour (bring a friend), chair yoga for seated practice, and community evenings like Yoga for Anxiety. Drop-ins are $10, with monthly packages for students building a regular rhythm.
Beyond group class, the centre offers private yoga, Thai yoga massage, past-life regression, kids yoga, and studio rentals for workshops. Please contact the studio to reserve your spot before class - (519) 266-4096 or info@downtownlondonyoga.ca. Instagram @dtnholisticcenter.
Teacher Katerina (spiritual name Durga) completed Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Vedanta and Yoga Center and weaves meditation, pranayama, spiritual philosophy, and Thai yoga into class. Teacher Divya Ram Kelly brings classical hatha, meditation, Vedanta, and energy-healing study into community practice. The studio also shows up for London's wider yoga community, including the London Yoga Festival at Covent Market.
