The journey behind Offerings Wellness Centre began with a personal quest for balance. After years of navigating the fast pace of life and feeling disconnected from my own body, I discovered Qigong as a powerful practice that transformed my health and perspective. While living in Lethbridge, I envisioned a space where others could experience the same rejuvenation and connection. It was important to create a place where movement was not just exercise, but a pathway to self-discovery and healing. Overcoming challenges along the way, I gathered knowledge and techniques from various schools of thought. Each method integrated into our classes emphasizes mindfulness and connection with nature.
