Founded on the principles developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction provides a nurturing environment where individuals can learn to manage stress and improve their quality of life. Facilitators Joy Finney and Ross Clark bring decades of experience in mindfulness practices, offering participants a chance to explore mindfulness in a supportive community.
4-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program
Includes stress meditation, body scan, gentle stretching CDs, course materials, and snacks.

Joy has participated in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction training under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and has a background in nursing, social work, and health promotion. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 30 years of experience.
Facilitator
Ross has been interested in meditation for over 32 years and has studied Eastern meditation and Western science to reduce personal stress. He completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
