Our Story

Nestled in the vibrant community of Kingston, Quarry Chiropractic & Wellness Centre was born from a passion for natural health. The idea sprouted when I realized, after years of working in the corporate world, how essential it is to prioritize wellness in our hectic lives. Over time, I saw friends and family struggle with stress, pain, and health issues that could be alleviated through holistic methods. Inspired by these experiences, I set out to create a sanctuary focused not just on treatment, but also on education and empowerment.
