Kelly Ubdegrove is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Master of Arts in Professional Behaviour Analysis and co-founder of CWC. Kelly has extensive training in selective eating, toilet training, sleep training, treatment of severe problem behaviour and strategies for teaching communication skills.

Megan has been applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis in order to help children reach socially significant goals for the last 10 years. As co-founder, she is passionate about empowering others to apply the same principles to the children they care for to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Alex brings a diverse background in ABA, working with individuals across a wide range of ages and neurotypes to support meaningful behaviour change and help clients achieve their goals.

As our Quality Assurance & ABA Trainer, Cierra brings knowledge, curiosity and an eye for detail to the team. She is currently completing her Masters of Science in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy at Missouri State University.
