Our Story
Founded in 2008 by Certified Athletic Therapists Carla Brash and Jean Soleyn, Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre (KATC) introduced a unique form of physical therapy to Kingston. The facility has grown into a 4200 sq/ft multidisciplinary center with a team of skilled therapists dedicated to empowering clients to achieve their health goals.

Certified Athletic Therapist
Carla has been the Athletic Therapist for the Sr. Men’s Canadian Rugby team for 10 years, giving her experience in the diagnosis, aid and rehabilitation of injuries at the highest level.

Mikaela’s whole body individualized approach to treatment utilizes her extensive knowledge of manual therapy and exercise prescription to get clients back to living their best pain free life!

Nat has been a familiar face at KATC since 2011. She first became interested in Athletic Therapy after getting treatment here at the clinic, then became an intern before going to university.

Alee is an experienced therapist both on field and in clinic and she has completed many courses, including concussion management. Her passion for the profession and overall health helps her bring the best out in her clients.
