My journey into nutrition counseling began not in an academic setting, but rather through personal experiences. I grew up surrounded by family members who struggled with their health, and I witnessed firsthand how nutrition plays a critical role in well-being. It ignited a passion within me to empower others to take charge of their health through informed choices. After various academic pursuits and gaining qualifications, I opened Beauty RN and Wellness. Here, I felt fueled by my mission to create a space where every client is seen as an individual. The drive to combine science with personalized empathy is what motivates me daily. By connecting with clients on a personal level, I aim to transform their relationship with food and support lasting lifestyle changes, igniting a passion for nourishment and self-care.
