My journey into Ayurveda began long before I opened the doors of Saliya Life Wellness. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, I was introduced to holistic healing at a young age. After years spent studying various wellness disciplines, I realized the profound impact Ayurvedic practices had on my own life. This revelation ignited a passion within me to share the transformative power of Ayurveda with others. The decision to launch my practice in Hamilton was deeply personal. Having witnessed the vibrant life and resilience of this community, I knew it was the perfect place to cultivate health and healing. Each client who steps through my door brings their own story, and I feel honored to play a small part in their personal journey.
