Our Story

The passion for holistic health at Lotus Integrative Wellness blooms from a deeply personal place. Founded by someone whose own wellness journey began with a search for balance amidst the challenges of modern life, I aimed to create a sanctuary for others facing similar struggles. My path led through various healing modalities—after studying acupuncture and integrative nutrition, I realized that a comprehensive approach was essential. Each treatment I provide is informed by my understanding of what it feels like to be overwhelmed and disconnected. My goal is to create a space where every client feels seen, heard, and empowered. I often share my story with clients, illustrating not only the value of self-care but also the power of community in healing. Lotus Integrative Wellness started out as a dream, and through dedicated work and the support of the wonderful Guelph community, it has grown into a thriving center for health. Each day, I am reminded of why I started—fostering connections and guiding others towards achieving their own unique wellness goals brings me immense joy.
