Our journey began over 10 years ago when husband and wife, Matt and Erin, discovered their shared passion for empowering others through strength training and fostering a sense of community. Together, they ventured on a mission to create a space that goes far beyond just a gym, focusing on results and progress for YOU.

Rebel Coach, Strength Coach, and Health Coach
Erin empowers clients to take control of their health, focusing on an 'INSIDE OUT' approach to movement and nutrition. Her personal experience with chronic pain drives her to help clients gain strength effectively and safely.
Personal Trainer and Coach
Don emphasizes the importance of daily actions and the post-workout feeling, combining proper movement, power, and speed while maintaining form and technique.

With over 12 years of experience, Matt emphasizes a holistic approach to health, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and community.
