The seed for ARCH Psychological Services was sown from my own experiences in navigating mental health struggles. Living in Grande Prairie, AB, I saw people grappling with similar challenges, often feeling unheard or misunderstood. I’ve invested years in training and holistic practices; the goal has always been to create a clinic where empathy meets expertise.
