The spark for EATUITIVE NUTRITION ignited from my own struggle with food choices. Growing up in Calgary, I often felt the pressure of dieting trends that never seemed to fit my lifestyle. After years of research, education, and most importantly, personal reflection, I realized nutrition should be an empowering ally rather than a restrictive chain. This revelation led me to pursue formal training in nutrition, combining scientific knowledge with a heartfelt appreciation for individual experiences.
