Our Story

The journey of ReJenerate Pilates & RMT began from a personal struggle with chronic pain that transformed into a passion for helping others reclaim their bodies through movement. After years of exploring various fitness modalities, I found Pilates to be a game-changer. The adaptability of Pilates sparked the idea to create a haven where people could not only regain strength but also learn to love physical activity. The rich tapestry of Burnaby's diverse community fueled my desire to offer a unique blend of Pilates and massage therapy. I wanted a place where individuals could feel seen and understood, where their stories could be woven into their treatment plans. This studio is an extension of my belief that every person carries a different narrative, and our approach reflects that. Through intentional movement and thoughtful therapeutic techniques, ReJenerate embodies a holistic philosophy, making the journey extraordinary for everyone who walks through our doors.
