My journey into the world of nutrition started when I saw a loved one struggle with chronic health issues. The frustration of watching someone I cared about wrestle with their diet inspired me to delve deeply into nutritional science. I discovered that food could be a potent ally, not just for physical health, but for emotional well-being too. Over the years, I trained in various aspects of nutrition, from metabolic health to emotional eating. My education is ongoing, fueled by a genuine curiosity about how food impacts our emotions and relationships. I decided to open the Nutritionwize Diet Clinic - Sandalwood in Brampton, ON, to create a space where individuals could find support tailored to their needs. Witnessing transformation—be it through improved health markers or newfound confidence in their food choices—has been the most rewarding part of my journey. Each client’s success fuels my passion further.
