The seed for Intermodal Spa was planted years ago during my own quest for holistic well-being. After trying countless clinics, I realized how often the unique needs of clients were brushed aside for a one-size-fits-all approach. So, what drove me to establish my own space? It was the desire to offer a depth of care that respects each individual’s journey. My background in sports rehabilitation has provided me with insights into how the body interacts with stress and recovery. Every client has a story, and I wanted to create a space where those stories are heard. Here in Brampton, we embrace a diverse community with varied backgrounds, and I’ve made it my mission to cultivate a safe, welcoming haven for all.
