My journey into sports medicine stems from my childhood in Brampton, where I played every sport under the sun, often battling injuries. I vividly remember the moment when a dedicated therapist helped me reclaim my passion for basketball after a sprain by teaching me the importance of not just treatment, but prevention. This inspired me to create a space where others could experience the same rejuvenation and empowerment. I founded Athlete's Care with the belief that every athlete - whether professional or weekend warrior - deserves personalized attention and care.
