Our Story

My passion for animals started in childhood, growing up surrounded by rescues and neighborhood pets. After several years working in veterinary clinics, I realized the need for a dedicated space where pets could thrive through grooming and hydrotherapy. In 2019, I launched Bitu’s Pet Services to fulfill that vision. Watching a hesitant pup transform into a confident swimmer has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The smiles on both pets and their owners inspire me to continue offering specialized care in our community. Each day, I strive to create a nurturing environment where every pet feels safe and loved, and every owner is confident in their choice of service.
