My introduction to Ayurveda was not an accident but rather a calling. Growing up in an environment where holistic healing was revered, I was drawn to the natural remedies and practices that promote well-being. After years of formal training, I felt an undeniable urge to bring these ancient teachings to my community in Brampton, ON. I wanted to create a space where people could reconnect with their nature and health. This led to the birth of Ayu Herbal Care, an embodiment of my vision to restore balance and harmony in a fast-paced world. The personal stories of my clients, their journeys back to health and balance, continually inspire me to deepen my practice and expand my understanding of this incredible field.
