Begin with our signature practice. The Classic is a set sequence designed to be accessible yet challenging enough for those wishing to progress within a structured format. The practice is well-rounded which makes it sustainable as a daily practice. Perfect when learning because it allows time to explore every pose.

Looking for a more relaxing experience? Try the Calm class for a greater emphasis on meditation and stretching.
