Our Story

The story behind my practice stems from overcoming my health challenges as a young adult. I realized the limitations of conventional medicine during my recovery journey, which sparked my interest in naturopathy. After earning my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, I returned to Ajax, ON, driven by a commitment to share the healing powers I experienced first-hand. My goal has always been to create a space where others could find the answers their bodies were searching for, using a blend of traditional wisdom and modern research. Each patient I meet becomes a part of this ongoing narrative, and it fuels my desire to engage deeply with their healing processes.
