Our Story

The inception of Rath Eastlink Community Centre was driven by my own experiences with health and community. After moving to Truro, I saw a need for a place where individuals of all ages could come together—not just to sweat, but to share stories, laughter, and support. I remember the days of feeling overwhelmed by the myriad of wellness options out there, so I envisioned a single, welcoming destination. A place where families could take swimming classes together, seniors could enjoy gentle yoga, and children could explore dance in a safe space. I poured my heart into creating a center that feels like home—one where everyone is encouraged to take the first step, regardless of their abilities. Each program was carefully developed to resonate with our diverse community, incorporating feedback and ideas from those who visit us.
