My journey to founding Impact Performance was deeply personal and transformative. Growing up in Truro, I saw many around me grapple with stress and physical challenges, often feeling lost in their pursuit of health. My own experiences—as an athlete and later as a wellness enthusiast—shaped my view of how interconnected our bodies and minds truly are. I wanted to create a sanctuary where people could find their path to wellness without the pressures often found in traditional fitness environments. In my quest, I studied various holistic approaches, realizing that the techniques I learned could genuinely revolutionize how we perceive wellness. When I opened Impact Performance, my aim was to create not just a center, but a community—an inclusive space where every individual could feel safe, supported, and empowered. Seeing clients embark on their personal wellness journeys, gaining confidence and improving quality of life, drives my passion every day.
