Our Story

The journey of Lindsay Heyland RMT began not in an office, but during countless weekends spent volunteering at community health fairs. Right there, in Dartmouth, NS, I witnessed the profound impact that touch can have on well-being. Inspired to deepen my understanding, I pursued training and became a registered massage therapist, determined to provide a sanctuary for those seeking relief from stress, tension, or chronic pain. At my practice on Richards Drive, I blend techniques like myofascial release and deep tissue massage to create a customized experience for each individual. Every treatment is approached with a clinical eye but delivered with a personal touch. The atmosphere is intentionally calm, designed to invite relaxation—a retreat from the fast-paced life outside.
