Our Story
After growing up in Vancouver, Dr. Caelin White travelled and worked around the world before returning to university. He completed his honours degree in psychology at the University of British Columbia in 2006 and his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the University of Manitoba in 2015. In 2014 he moved to Calgary for his predoctoral clinical residency and, after several years working with the Operational Stress Injury (OSI) clinic and in private practice, he returned to Winnipeg in early 2020.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. White has competed in baseball, soccer, judo, jiu jitsu, football, and rugby, and more recently in ultramarathons and ultra-endurance obstacle course races. Those experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of the factors behind physical and mental resilience and high performance, and they shape the way he helps clients build the skills, motivation, and support they need to thrive. He is also passionate about mental health advocacy.
