Our Story

Juniper Centre Inc was born out of a personal need for tranquility amidst the challenges of everyday existence. I remember vividly a moment in my garden, listening to the rustling leaves of the juniper trees, where I first felt the spark to share mindfulness with others. My background in psychology merged beautifully with techniques learned around the world, and I recognized this was not just a passion but a calling. Each client who walks through our door carries their own story, and I’ve made it my mission to create a safe space where those stories can unfold. Establishing the studio in Thompson allowed me to give back to a community that has always shown resilience and strength. The love and support I've felt here have been instrumental in developing not just a studio, but a community hub for wellness. Each session at the centre not only brings mindfulness to the individual but also nurtures connections within our Thompson community.
