Our Story

The inspiration for Eaglewood (AFM) stemmed from my own journey of self-discovery and healing. After years of navigating the challenges of a high-paced life, I sought solace in meditation and mindfulness, realizing its profound impact on my mental wellbeing. This realization blossomed into a desire to share these practices with others, leading me to establish this studio. Here in the beautiful community of Thompson, I wanted to create a warm and welcoming space where individuals could find refuge from their busy lives. I envisioned a place where everyone—from curious novices to seasoned practitioners—could feel at home as they embarked on their personal journeys. This studio reflects not only my passion for mindfulness but also my belief that everyone deserves a moment of stillness, a chance to explore their inner landscape.
