With a focus on mindful movement and community, the studio provides a holistic approach to wellness, catering to all levels of experience.
Our Story
Founded by Tarryl Plain, Westcoast Hot Yoga has evolved into a nurturing space for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. After purchasing the studio in 2016, Tarryl has expanded its offerings, including a registered yoga school and various workshops, to enhance the wellness journey of its clients.
