Our Story

Founded in 2013 by Sean and Amy, Live Yoga Studio is rooted in a love story that blossomed in a yoga class. With a commitment to inclusivity and quality instruction, the studio has become a cherished space for yoga practitioners of all levels. Sean continues to lead the studio, ensuring it remains a welcoming place for all, while Amy contributes to the community through her work with the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation.
