My journey into the wellness field began in my youth, deeply influenced by my family's commitment to natural health remedies. Inspired by their practices, I pursued training in various healing modalities, eventually establishing the Songhees Wellness Centre. This space is more than just a wellness centre; it's an extension of my passion for fostering healing connections within the community.
