Nicole became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2013 after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She practiced in downtown Vancouver for seven years before relocating to Victoria. Nicole integrates techniques such as Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue massage, and Joint Mobilizations. She has additional training in TMJ continuing education, Levels 1 and 2 of The Mastectomy Guide’s breast and chest surgery training, and Massage Therapy During the Childbearing Years - Part 1 Pregnancy. Nicole has volunteered with BC Bike Race, TED talks in Vancouver, BC Women’s Hospital, and other notable events. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, and cooking.

Renee holds a kinesiology degree from UWO and graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Her clinical placements included sports, palliative, seniors, pregnancy, and stroke recovery settings. Renee uses a range of assessment and massage techniques, incorporating movement into treatments and self-care recommendations. She has additional training in Functional Range Conditioning, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, TMJ continuing education, Muscle Energy Techniques, Advanced Sports Massage from the Canadian Sport Massage Therapist Association, and Level 1 Thai Massage. Renee enjoys trail running and exploring Victoria's scenic trails.
