Our Story

The inception of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition - Victoria is deeply rooted in a love for whole foods and a desire to share that passion with the community. As a lifelong resident of Victoria, I’ve witnessed firsthand how nourishing our bodies with local produce can enhance our health and harmony with nature. After years in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith, fueled by my own experiences with nutrition and holistic health, to create a space where others could explore their culinary curiosities. Each course is infused with personal anecdotes, reflecting not just theories but real-life applications of nutrition principles. The joy of seeing students transform their lives through education and practical application drives me every day. Many of our participants have shared how their newfound understanding of nutrition has led them to make profound changes, not just for themselves but for their families and friends. I believe in the power of food as medicine, and it inspires me to spread this knowledge within our beautiful city.
