The journey to founding Victoria Hypnosis began with my own struggles—a pursuit to find peace and personal growth that led me down the path of hypnotherapy. Years ago, while searching for alternatives to cope with anxiety, I stumbled upon hypnosis and was amazed by its results. It was pivotal; I felt a profound shift within myself that inspired me to learn more. I immersed myself in this fascinating field, obtaining qualifications and certifications, eager to share the power of hypnosis with others. My mission became clear: to help those in Victoria, BC, who feel stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Each day, I draw on my experiences as I work with clients, or as I call them, my partners in this journey. I celebrate their victories, no matter how small, knowing that I have played a part in their transformation.
