The journey that led to Empowered Choices started years ago, rooted in my own struggles with self-doubt and anxiety. I vividly remember a moment when a kind mentor introduced me to the world of hypnotherapy. It was transforming, allowing me to access parts of myself I never knew existed. That spark ignited a passion in me to guide others through their own transformations. The name 'Empowered Choices' reflects my belief that within each of us lies the power to change, and I want to help others harness that. Every session I conduct is infused with this personal journey. Each story I've witnessed unfold—clients overcoming fears, releasing old patterns, and stepping confidently into their lives—fueled my desire to open my practice on Rockland Avenue. The nurturing environment of Victoria, BC, where I now work, inspires me daily. It aligns perfectly with my vision of holistic healing.
