My journey into the world of therapy began from a deeply personal place. Growing up in Victoria, BC, I faced my own challenges that seemed insurmountable at times. It was through my own healing that I discovered the transformative power of therapy. Those experiences fueled my passion for helping others navigate their emotional landscapes. I pursued a Master of Social Work, equipped with the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when given the right tools and support. My unique path has led me to create a space where people feel seen and understood, allowing them to explore their narratives freely.
