Our Story

The inception of JL Physiotherapy was born from my own journey of overcoming injury and discovering the remarkable power of movement and recovery. Growing up in a family of athletes, I always admired the resilience shown in the pursuit of performance and well-being. However, it was during my university years that I faced a severe sports injury that changed my perspective. The frustrating recovery process and the lack of holistic support ignited a fire in me – I wanted to create a space where people could not just heal, but thrive. This vision became a reality with JL Physiotherapy. I made it my mission to integrate my extensive training with a compassionate approach tailored to each individual. I draw inspiration daily from my clients’ stories, reminding me of why I embarked on this path. My goal is to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling heard, validated, and supported. Our journey together transforms lives, and it’s a privilege to be a part of that.
