The inception of Raiz Holistic Nutrition was deeply personal for me. My own struggles with food sensitivities and a hectic lifestyle ignited a passion for understanding how nutrition truly impacts our well-being. It was while recovering from these challenges that I realized the power of holistic nutrition—not just as a means of feeding the body, but as a path to self-discovery and healing. I began my formal studies in nutrition and felt a calling to help others navigate their own dietary dilemmas. As I immersed myself in the vibrant food culture of Vancouver, I absorbed the rich flavors, traditions, and diverse diets that define this city. This journey led me to create a space where clients could explore their unique health narratives, free from the confines of restrictive diets.
