The Self-Realization Fellowship in Vancouver blossomed from a simple desire to create a nurturing environment for meditation enthusiasts. Founded by a group of passionate practitioners who understood the stress of modern life, our mission is to share the wisdom of ancient techniques while cultivating genuine connections within our community. The spark for our group came during a chance meeting in a local park where friends found solace in meditation together. Inspired by the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, they envisioned a dedicated space where seekers from all walks of life could freely explore mindfulness and deepen their spiritual journeys. This vision is still what drives us today—fostering a welcoming and inclusive space that encourages growth, intuition, and acceptance through meditation.
