Eastwood Cycle
Take time to properly warm up and cool down. A stretch area is provided in the cycle room that we encourage each rider to utilize before and after class. Please don’t hesitate to ask any of our team members for stretching tips and direction.
Please wear a shirt and spin shoes in the cycle room at all times, it’s just courteous.
Leave electronics in your locker so you and your neighbours can truly turn-it-up in class.
