The journey that led me to establish Ayurveda Bliss Holistic Center BC emerged from a deeply personal place. Years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by the chaos of modern living, struggling with stress and fatigue. My introduction to Ayurveda felt like a guiding light; I discovered an ancient system that not only addressed my physical symptoms but also nurtured my spirit. Inspired by my own healing experience, I decided to share this powerful wisdom with others, leading to the opening of my center on Commercial Drive. I wanted to create a space where individuals could feel safe, understood, and empowered on their healing journey. Every day, I am driven by the stories of those who walk through my doors, eager to find equilibrium. This connection keeps my practice grounded and ever-evolving, as I learn from my clients just as they learn from me.
