Taiga Health Terrace

Our Story

Taiga Health Terrace is a psychotherapy practice located in Terrace, British Columbia, dedicated to serving the mental health needs of individuals, families, and communities. The practice is led by Devin Pollitt, an RSW, MSW, and a doctoral fellow at the Social Science & Humanities Research Council of Canada. Devin is also a doctoral student at the Department of Social Work at Memorial University of Newfoundland & Labrador. With over a decade of clinical experience, Devin has focused much of his career on providing mental health services in the Pacific Northwest. Taiga Health specializes in individual counselling and offers unique services such as views of the child assessments for family law disputes. Additionally, the practice provides workshops on workplace burnout to enhance professional well-being and offers research-based solutions for organizational program assessment, development, and design. Devin Pollitt has also extended his expertise to remote Indigenous communities, providing onsite mental health services and specialized training in professional quality of life. These communities include Lax Kw’alaams, the four communities within the Nisga’a Nation, the Haisla Nation, Kitselas First Nation, the Tahltan Nation, and the Tsilhqot’in Nation.
