My journey into counselling began in my early twenties when I faced a challenging chapter in my life. It was during my struggles that I discovered the transformative power of talking things through. Encouraged by the positive impact it had on me, I set out to empower others. I started my education in psychology, eventually building a career that mirrors my dedication to empathy and understanding. Each client’s journey adds a rich texture to my practice; hearing their stories fuels my passion for what I do.
