Our Story

The story of Newton Wellness Centre is deeply personal. It all began with my own journey toward wellness after struggling with stress and a busy lifestyle. I realized how difficult it can be to prioritize self-care in our fast-paced world, and I wanted to create a sanctuary for others. This vision blossomed into a warm, inviting space where clients can find not only relief but also the joy of healing. I grew up in Surrey, BC, and always admired the diverse community here. It was clear to me that a wellness centre tailored to the unique needs of our residents was a necessity. Driven by empathy and understanding, I built a team that shares this passion. We aim to empower clients with knowledge about their health and well-being, fostering resilience and hope. Each client’s personal story influences our approach, creating a truly special bond between us. The journey has been fulfilling, and witnessing transformations leaves me inspired every day.
