Our Story

The inception of Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi in White Rock sprang from my lifelong passion for Tai Chi and the transformative impacts it can have on one’s life. Growing up immersed in the teachings of Taoism, I found that Tai Chi was not merely an exercise but a profound way to connect with oneself and the universe. This inspired me to establish a welcoming environment where individuals from all walks of life could embrace this ancient practice.
