The inception of The Surrey Pilates Studio Inc stemmed from a profound love for movement and a desire to foster community. My journey began as a personal pursuit—seeking relief from chronic back pain through Pilates transformed my body and, ultimately, my life. This awakening led me to become a certified instructor, eager to share the benefits of Pilates with others who might feel disconnected from their physical selves. I envisioned a space where individuals could embrace their bodies without judgment and support each other in their aspirations.
