The inception of Posaitive Life Health & Nutrition | PELTD stemmed from my personal journey with food and wellness. Growing up, I struggled with the pressures of diet culture and quickly realized the importance of a balanced, nourishing approach to nutrition. After earning my credentials in clinical nutrition, I became increasingly passionate about helping others navigate their own food experiences. Witnessing clients transform their relationships with food drives my practice each day. It’s not just about what’s on your plate; it's about rewiring the thought patterns that surround food.
