My passion for nutrition ignited when a beloved family member encountered serious health obstacles linked to diet. Witnessing their struggle shook me to my core and motivated me to explore the transformative power of nutrition. I dove into holistic training, eager to uncover how food could heal, energize, and restore balance.  In Surrey, BC, I created Chow Down Nutrition as a place where everyone, regardless of their culinary background, could find guidance and inspiration. Each consultation is a journey into one's personal relationship with food—encouraging clients to embrace their stories, share their challenges, and celebrate their victories. The joy I see in each client when they realize their potential and connection with food is what fuels my practice.
