Our Story

My journey to establish the Child & Youth Mental Health Offices was profoundly personal. Growing up, I witnessed friends struggle silently with mental health issues, feeling misunderstood and alone. That's when I realized the importance of a safe space, where young people could speak openly without fear of judgment. After obtaining my master's in child psychology and working in various clinical settings, I felt compelled to create a clinic that reflects my commitment to empathy and holistic healing. The warmth of our Surrey community inspired me to build a haven for kids and teens, somewhere they could be themselves, share their stories, and ultimately rediscover their joy. Every child who walks through our doors adds to the rich tapestry of our clinic, reminding me of why I started this journey.
