Our Story

The journey to creating Relinquish & Restore With Reika was born out of my own battle with anxiety. Many years ago, I was overwhelmed by feelings of inadequacy, trapped in a cycle of stress and self-doubt. It was during this challenging time that I encountered hypnotherapy. The profound impact it had on my life compelled me to learn more. I immersed myself in training, discovering the intricacies of the mind and the profound ways we can heal and change. I remember a pivotal moment—a breakthrough session when I realized I could rewrite my own narrative. It sparked an urgency to create a space for others to experience this liberation. Opening my practice in Surrey was a leap of faith, but it felt like coming home. Every story I've been entrusted with drives me. Each person's struggles and victories shape my understanding and deepen my dedication to this craft. I believe that change is possible and transformative, and I'm passionate about guiding others through their unique healing journeys.
