My journey began years ago, sparked by a personal experience with loss and the subsequent search for healing. I found solace in holistic practices that combined traditional therapy with a more intuitive approach. After extensive training and personal exploration, I established Healing Shop Therapy Counselling to help others unearth their own paths to wellness. My experience in various cultural modalities has given me a rich tapestry of techniques to draw from, making each session a unique experience. I wanted a space where people could feel safe, seen, and valued — a sanctuary for those ready to take the brave step towards healing. It's an honor to witness the transformations my clients undergo, and I remain passionate about empowering others to reconnect with their inner strength.
